Your Initial Consultation with Bella Dance Designs At your first appointment, all costume ideas and inspirations are carefully recorded. Fabric selections are discussed in detail, and the functionality of the costume on the dance floor is taken into account. Together, you and Bella Dance Designs will develop a tailored list of design priorities—balancing aesthetic preferences with technical needs. Following this consultation, Bella Dance Designs will prepare a personalized design concept, including a detailed written report and a custom sketch. A quote will also be provided for your consideration at this stage. The $50.00 consultation fee will be credited toward your final invoice if you proceed with the costume. Your DanceSport costume will be completed in stages, each accompanied by a separate invoice: Measurements & toile creation First fitting Final fitting Optional decoration phase For those who prefer creative freedom or a more budget-conscious option, Bella Dance Designs also offers the choice of a “clean” costume—finished and professionally constructed but without embellishments—allowing you to decorate it yourself and create a truly one-of-a-kind look. Bella Dance Designs offers dedicated hours for your initial consultation to begin designing your made-to-measure DanceSport costume.
