Refund Policy

At Bella Dance Designs, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

 

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description. These rights cannot be excluded, and we will always uphold them.

 

2. Change of Mind

 

Refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind purchases.
This includes incorrect selections, unwanted gifts, or changes in personal preference.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

 

Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Hairpieces and hair accessories

  • Earrings or any worn accessories

  • Undergarments or bodywear

  • Cosmetics or opened grooming products

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on custom-made DanceSport costumes or made-to-measure garments, unless the item is proven to be faulty or not made in accordance with your specifications.

 

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with photos if applicable.

  3. If eligible, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

 

5. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging where applicable.

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
